Abstract

Based on analyzing the importance of developing clean coal technology for the future and reviewing its R & D status in China and abroad, the first and second generation PFBC-CC and IGCC are described in this paper. In accordance with China's present situation, suitable development of new techniques for clean coal-fired power generation are suggested.
