Model equations of tantalum fluoride complex electroreduction in alkali metal chlrode melts

Abstract

The thermodynamic parameters of a number of model reactions of the tantalum fluoride complex (TFC) electroreduction at the temperature of 1000 K have been calculated. The model equations of discharge accounting for TFC interaction with the background electrolyte MCI at the moment of the electrochemical act are considered. At the qualitative level the parameters of TFC discharge correspond to the experimental data.
