Sinopsis
The goal of this paper is generalization of the comprehensive data on the heat transfer and hydraulic resistance in helical tube bundles, inside helical tubes, and in annular channels with an inner twisted tube. The investigations of heat transfer carried out by method of "Tube in Tube" type heat exchanger allowed to determine the dependencies of heat transfer inside helical tubes and in annular channels. The studies of heat transfer in all tested channels indicate that the flow swirl enhances heat transfer over a wide range of variation of geometric and operating parameters significantly.
