The International Association for the Properties of Water and Steam (IAPWS) prepares and promulgates two primary series of documents: Releases and Guidelines. The purpose and definition of these documents are contained in the Statues and By-Laws of the IAPWS which were revised and issued in Orlando in September 1994.
