Sinopsis
For the design of Passive Residual Heat Removal Exchanger (PRHRE), it is very important that how to discharge the residual heat out of the power plant by heat exchanger in the way of natural convection circuit when the entire electricity of power plant is shut off. In this paper, Fluent 6.0 is used as a tool to solve the problem. Provided with appropriate boundary conditions for tube-wall temperature, and also appropriate computation model in Fluent 6.0, the research has shown a good example for the design and optimization of PRHRE.
