Sinopsis
This paper provides the results of experimental investigations on the electron-emitting characteristics of the Non-corona High Temperature and High Pressure Electrostatic Precipitator (NHTHPESP). The tests were carried out on the pilot NHTHPESP equipped with an oil-fired combustor which uses a kind of light diesel oil as fuel. Conclusions with respect to the influence of different operating parameters on the thermal emission properties of the emitter are drawn. The performance of NHTHPESP is also investigated.
