Résumé

Experiments were carried out in a high velocity humid air wind tunnel. Regimes of flow have been found at which spontaneous condensation of water vapour is occurring. The measurements have shown a noticeable influence of spontaneous condensation on the dissipation of energy in the flowing mixture and on the distribution of pressures and velocities in the flow field. A numerical method for solving 2D flow including the spontaneous condensation was developed. The Euler equations for inviscid compressible flow together with equations for spontaneous condensation are solved. Numerical results for the flow of water vapour are compared with experimental data.
