Résumé

This article presents an Integrated Logistics System designed for a manufacturing medium size company. In it, the activities that shape the system, their courtships and the methods of optimization used at each are described.
For the implantation of the system, it has been necessary to develop of a data processing application that assists in the organization and planning and carry out a real time control of the productive system. This application is structured in packets that supply the necessary information for the administration of each concrete activity. For each packet, it is shown the distinct usefulness that offers.
Finally, it presents the architecture of the computer system designed that realize a philosophy of data and resource (human and material) integration.
