Résumé
A detailed study of a computerized capacitive sensor system is given in this report. Different aspects of the transducer and the readout measuring circuit concerning resolution, sensitivity, dynamic range, and linearity of a prototype device are reported. The normalized digitized output of our system is compared with the other results and advantages such as linearity of the output are discussed. In comparison with the other sensor systems the reported one is much more sensitive, reliable, and stray-immune to electrical interferences.
