Résumé

Projects for sustainable energy systems could find an opportunity in the implementation of hydrogen energy systems in developing countries, which mean to explore and propose new aspects and concepts, based on human resources. A hydrogen-based economy for developing countries involves two aspects: the human aspect, and the organizational aspect.
Experiences around the world have demonstrated that human development is the key for success in international cooperation. Adequate socio-professional relationships (researchers from developed and developing countries working together) will help to design sustainable projects. A successful project relies on increasing personal development, optimizing the institutional capacity and assuring professional management.
