要約

Five kinds of desulfurizer have been used in experiment to verify their characteristics of sulfur retention. On the basis of mass balance law, a mathematical model to simulate the process in which the calcination and sulfur absorption reactions of desulfurizer occur simultaneously has been developed in the light of the theory of mass transfer by diffusion of gas-solid reaction as well as variance of internal porous structure of desulfurizer particles. The rationality of the model has been examined by making comparison between calculated values of model and experimental results. The average error is 8.07%.
