要約

The subject of the present work is the understanding of the effects of temperature, air:fuel mixture ratio, burner geometry and fuel type on the NOx emissions of small bumers(<100 kW). Experimental and numerical characterization of different burner systems have been performed. A wide range of predicted and measured new data on the NOx emissions from natural gas and gas-oil fired burner systems have been obtained at very wide range of operating conditions (i.e different air:fuel ratio). In this study, the results from different burners are examined and compared in order to determine the effects of the above parameters on NOx formation.
