The process of propane diffusion combustion in a plane jet at the exit of a long nozzle under the acoustic effect on the flame is considered. In this case it is possible to observe not only the jet bifurcation process under the action of the transverse acoustic field but also the jet vortex sheet folding in the opposite directions at each period of the acoustic action. In the process of diffusion combustion of this jet, the flame propagation over the surface of these two divided and swirling jets can also be observed.
