Resumo
The Object of this paper concerns the mathematical model for waste heat discharge from a power plant. The features of the model are: a) three-dimensional, b) nonlinear, c) time-dependent, d) irregular topography, e) driving forces including wind, tide, heat and mass flux, f) prediction of temporal and spatial variation of water surface. The model can serve as a predictive implement and simulation for the waste heat pollution on the receiving water body from a power station or for the site selection of a new designed power station.
