The paper intends to show how the organizational development and organizational learning seems a prerequisite to increase competitiveness when doing technological development both of products and of in manufacturing. The paper is a result of several projects where two of them (IMSS and ОТ) made comparison between industrial companies in different countries and the rest is case stories and case descriptions collected during the last 5 years.
