Аннотация
Ceramics coating by plasma spraying on thermally sensitive substrates needs a hard cooling unto the substrate immedialty behind the plasma and particles jet moving. That needs a cryogenic cooling spray. The two presented softwares simulate the formation of the droplets and their trajectories between the nozzle and the substrate. Flux measurements show the different cooling mechanisms with the spray parameters.
