In production technique of heat pipes particular attention is given to procedures of their quality control, the procedures are used for each heat pipes, hence the control itself must be undisturbing. In mass production the heat pipes control should be express. At present stationary control methods are widely used, which require significant time consumption and cannot be applied for the quality control of heat pipes, installed in a subject of production. The known proposed methods of express control of heat pipes quality [1-4] define neither control technique, nor its diagnostical possibilities. The present report is devoted to research and development of technique of heat pipes quality express-control.
