Abstrakt
While developing modern plants for monocryctal growing, high- temperature coaxial heat pipes ( HTC HP) are used. They provide substantial increase in the plant technological and thermal characteristics, such as accuracy of maintaining and reproducing the given temperature, isothermality of the working zone over the radius and along the pipe axis, the rate of the programmed changes of temperature. The most of these data is determined experimentally however, as early as the stage of design, it is necessary to estimate and calculate the main isothermality characteristics of HTC HP incorporated into the plant.
