Аннотация
The basis for a successful product development process is the complete and correct specification of the task which is specified by requirements, the intended product has to fulfill. Modelling of requirements is the first step of any design process and has an important influence on all following steps of the product development process. If requirements are completely defined and correctly specified an easy and target-oriented product development process can be started.
In this contribution a concept is introduced how requirements can be used for the cooperative product development process. For this the requirement structure is divided into several subsets, which allow to work concurrently on the development of the product. As the individual tasks are fulfilled, the results will be joined together. The computer aided handling of requirement structures leads up to requirement driven product development process, where all project partners are working concurrently at different locations.
